General Return Policy
Products purchased at full price from SproutShell.com are returnable within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unwashed condition and still have the original tags and packaging. Please report any damages within 30 days of purchase for a refund and/or replacement. All returned items will be thoroughly examined for compliance with our return policy. Items that do not meet our return qualifications will not receive a refund.
Sale Item Return Policy
Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Returns for items purchased from a retailer other than SproutShell.com
We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer. If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy.
For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx, or USPS via Registered Mail. Sprout Shell is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Once the original item(s) are received, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid–excluding shipping. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to appear on your credit card.
