Shipping: All orders are mailed within 3 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Orders before noon MST usually ship the same day.
We ship internationally. If your country is not listed in our checkout process, please let us know and we will help you directly. (email to: info (at) sproutshell.com or 800-495-0991 x1.

General Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, less shipping. Products purchased at full price from SproutShell.com must be returned in new, unwashed condition and still have the original tags and packaging. Please report any damages within 30 days of purchase for a refund and/or replacement. All returned items will be thoroughly examined for compliance with our return policy. Items that do not meet our return qualifications will not receive a refund.

Sale Item Return Policy
Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returns for items purchased from a retailer other than SproutShell.com
We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer. If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy.

Return/Exchange Process

To received a refund or exchange, please email us, orders (at) SproutShell.com, and include:
1. Your name,
2. Item(s) you want to exchange (or return)
3. Reason for exchange
4. Original order number
5. If it was a gift include the full name of the gift giver

All return information must also be included inside your package so we can match it with your email request. Once the original item(s) are received, you will receive a refund in the amount that you paid–less shipping. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to appear on your credit card.

Store credit is available upon request–please specify this request in your initial email and also with your returned package. Once your item is received, you will receive an email for an online gift certificate issued in the amount of the item’s current selling price.

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx, or USPS via Priority Mail or with Delivery Confirmation. Sprout Shell is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
